This session is dedicated to back care pelvic floor strengthening. Purely designed to strenghten your core muscles the pelvic floor and deep abdominals that support your spine
exercises are very gentle offering mobility and strengthening for the whole body too!
If your returning from a back condition or injury and need a physio pilates approach to training strengthening conditioning this class is the answer.
