Beginner pilates is a class designed specifically for participants who have never been to pilates before or someone who's returning from a break/injury .The aim of this class is to learn the fundamentals of pilates , neutral spine lateral breathing at a gentle pace . This class lasts for one hour class using gentle pilates exercises,mobilisations and stretches. Equipment maybe used this will include weights ,balls rings and bands.This class will strengthen the whole body , deep core abdominal pelvic floor muscles, highlighting muscle imbalances to be corrected to aid posture correction .
